Tom Parker's dirty tour antics could land him in trouble
Poor ol’ The Wanted. Looks like their hopes of conquering the States may have gone ?down the toilet.
As for Tom Parker’s dreams of a green card – he’s up s*** creek devoid of any paddle.
The singer is wanted by police after, ahem, defecating in a bag and throwing it on to the highway.
The offence, which carries a $500 fine, means he may be stopped by Customs next time he tries to enter the country.
Last night a very nice officer from the Colorado State police directed me to the state’s bylaws which say: “Littering is a class 2 petty offense punishable, upon conviction, by a mandatory fine of not less than 20 dollars nor more than 500 dollars upon a first conviction.”
Tom kicked up the stink while the band were on tour earlier this year but dodged prosecution by crossing the state line next day.

O cantor do The Wanted vai ter problemas na próxima vez que for aos Estados Unidos por defecar em uma bolsa e jogar em uma auto-estrada este ano. Tom pode ter que pagar multa de R$ 1000,00 além de ser impedido de entrar no país pelas autoridades de fronteira.
A legislação do estado do Colorado, onde o crime aconteceu, aponta o ato como uma ofensa de segunda classe, com punição de multa como primeira condenação.
Jay McGuiness, colega de banda de Tom, disse ao jornal britânico Dauly Mirror: "Vou tentar evitar o Colorado a partir de agora, mas se formos para lá, Tom precisa ter R$ 1000,00 preparados. É o "número dois" mais caro que o Tom vai ter na vida", brincou o cantor.
