Proud Prisoners

***Disclaimer: I'm not trying to brag, I wrote this TwitLonger because many people wanted a detailed story of my experience with the boys. This was the first time I got to meet them!

 

 

 

 

Honestly one of the nicest people I have met! So she picks me up and we go to the location where we are told to meet. We waited there about an hour and a half with a lady from production because some people were running late and the boys had a photo shoot that was running late and an unplanned interview. At this point I wasn't really feeling anything, I knew I was going to meet the boys soon but I guess it hadn't sunk in yet. There were a total of 9 winners (15 girls and 2 adults). We were in a van that was meant for 15 people and we had 18, but we made it work ;) What better way to arrive to The Wanted's house than blast their music! Well couldn't do it because the CD player wasn't working. It finally started sinking in when we saw the gates open to their house. Everyone was so excited at this point! There were camera men waiting for our arrival and I was nervous because I HATE cameras, you point one at me and I will cover my face, haha. I was too busy staring at the boys anyways to notice them. Back to the story, so Big Kev was waiting for us at the front of the door and when we got outside the car they he gave us two rules before we were allowed inside. First was that we had to stay outside and could not go inside the house without permission because that was their house and that we had to throw away our trash because the boys weren't going to do it and that he was going to end up cleaning up the mess. As I'm walking inside the house(which is so beautiful!) it had finally kicked in that I was going to meet the boys! My arms and hands when completely numb and I think was shaking a bit. We first see Nathan who takes a peek behind a wall and as we continue walking we then see the rest of the boys. They welcome us in, hugging everyone. I got a hug and kiss from Max and Tom :) We were then escorted by the boys to the back of the house and Nathan shows us the pool, and the jacuzzi that was really nasty and the boys joked that Max peed in there. We went to the first physical activity and it was a jumper where three people were tied to a rope and you had to run to the other side and make score into the hoop (it was difficult though because the rope was elastic and would pull you back). So first the boys tried it (Nathan, Max, Tom) then afterwards Siva got to try it with two fans. Jay helped one of the girls win by holding on to her so the rope wouldn't pull her back). After this we went to the dunk tank, and Jay was the first one who was up. It was so cute, he was plugging his nose! One of the girls volunteered, and had two tried but did not hit the button, so Kev hit it and Jay got wet! He gave her a hug afterwards. Tom was up next and a girl volunteered but did not hit it and Kev once again hit the button. Next was Nathan, Max asked "who hates Nathan" haha of course he meant so someone could dunk him. I volunteered and Nathan said "you have evil in your eyes" haha. When he was up there he said "don't be evil" because apparently the water was really cold. On the first throw I dunk Nathan and the boys get really excited and I got a sandwich hug from Siva and Max :D I couldn't help but laugh because I didn't think I would actually hit it. Well Nathan gets out and gives me a hug with his soaking wet body. OMG!!! Up next was Siva and Max said "who hates Siva" and no one volunteered haha. The boys were going to do it but Kev said a fan had to do it, meanwhile Nathan sneaks to the side to try push the button but Siva caught him but Tom went when he wasn't looking. Siva would let out a little scream when the girl was close but missed, and then sneaky Tom dunked poor Siva. Max got wet to but I didn't record his because I was recording on Andrea's phone since she got to throw the balls at him, another girl ended up hitting it though. I'm drawing a blank here with Max getting dunked too! Ugh! Anyways, so the boys asked us if we wanted to get dunked and a girl volunteered, the boys were all trying to drunk her, and she finally got wet. What a brave girl. We also convinced Nano to go and get dunked. Andrea, Tom and Nathan all tried to dunk him and Tom asked me if I wanted to go saying "you're good" and Nathan dunked Nano that moment haha. Then we were talking to Nathan for a bit while the boys were drying off and he was wrapped around a towel because you could see his nipples! He said "I feel really sexy right now... this is why I'm single" haha. We were talking about how awkward it's like to be in front of a camera and he said "I get shy around them too" haha sure he does. So afterwards we were waiting to take our individual pictures with the boys, and the people on E! would pull people aside to interview them meanwhile that happened. So one of the boys gave a girl a beetle and then Max and Siva were so entertained looking at it haha, anyways. So I got my picture with the boys, I was between Siva and Jay (I looked so short compared them too! Well I'm kinda short to begin with. Once everyone got their picture taken we got to eat lunch with one of the boys. There was a table with each boys' picture, so you could decide you who you wanted to each lunch with. Andrea and I both went to eat lunch with Jay and I got to sit next to him. I was staring at his eyes about half the time, god his eyes are so beautiful! He was so sweet and talkative, you really just forget that he's famous and is just like us. It was kind of weird having the cameras in front of you while we were trying to eat. And then I felt bad because I had chicken and Jay is a vegetarian, but he said he didn't mind. It was so cute though, he kept repeating my name trying to memorize it, probably forgot it by now though. There were 4 of us at the table and we just talked about random things! One girl left her phone and her mom called and Jay picked it up. The girl came back to her seat and called her mom back and Jay said hi to her and she asked if he was the bald one haha! Her mom got to talk on the phone with Jay and Max! I even got Jay to make a video and say hi to my little brother who really wanted to go with me but obviously couldn't. Jay is the sweetest though! We got to spend about 15 minutes maybe with Jay. Nano then announced that one seat had a surprise under their chair and a girl from our table had the envelope and it said that she won a big surprise which was that you got 7 minutes to spend time with which ever boy you wanted. Nathan called it "7 minutes in heaven". Tom got jealous because he said that she was going to choose him but Jay got in the way haha. I don't want to give details about this because I'm sure it will appear on the show, but let's just say that Jay returned shirtless ;) Anyways, we then went to the living room where we got to hear a smash up of All Time Low with I Found You and also a smash up of Warzone with Glad You Came. Now this was the first time I had ever met them and I have never heard them sing live in person. I hope this doesn't sound freaky but I was just staring at them while they were singing. They have such beautiful voices and experiencing it live was a whole different experience than a studio version! Everyone was quite, a few were mouthing the words but I was just there in shock I guess you can say. We then got a mini poster which the boys had signed in advance and they said thank you for coming. Kev said that the boys had to get back to work but we all got up and started taking pictures with the boys haha. I was only able to get a picture with Nathan and Siva because Kev was being serious about us having to leave. So when I got my picture with Nathan I told him that my birthday was 2 days after his and he asked if we were the same age and I said yes. He asked me what I was doing for my birthday and I said "I don't know. We used combine our birthdays and you can invite me back over here" haha. He said he doesn't even know what he's going to do yet. I don't even know how this even came out of my mouth but I asked him for a kiss and I got nervous so I gave him one on the cheek haha. I then went to go take my picture with Siva and he asked me for my name and he was trying to remember it so he told me to pinch him, I didn't want to but he kept telling me to! I barely pinched him though and I got my picture with him. I was going to get one with Tom but he had left outside and I was waiting for Jay but Kev told us that we had to leave. Tom then comes inside and says that we should write down our twitter names so they can follow us and Kev told us to do that in the car. So we then left the house and back into our normal lives. It was honestly the best experience of my life! And the fact that it was my first time meeting the boys made it even 100000000000000x more special. I paid $400 to travel down to LA but it was worth every penny! I am so thankful for this experience and hope that some day you guys will have a special day like mines! Sorry that it was so long! We did not get to meet Kelsey and Nareesha, I think they weren't home. We also did not get a tour of the house, well only the outside. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me! :)
