It would seem personal hygiene is not
seen as a priority for one member of boyband The Wanted as Jay McGuiness has
feet that smell so bad they have made the other lads sick.
Nathan
Sykes, Max George, Siva Knaeswaran, and Tom Parker were on Capital Breakfast
with Dave & Lisa on Wednesday – and decided to out absent Jay for his bad
habits.
‘He had the same trousers on for twenty
one days [on tour],’ revealed Tom of Jay as the band set upon him while he was
absent making an emergency visit to the passport office after accidentally
losing his documents.

‘And
the same boxers on for 21 days,’ added Nathan.
‘Jay is
absolutely going to hate us,’ Nath went on, adding: ‘He didn’t bring any socks
neither, so every hotel we stayed in he used to wrap his feet in flannels and
use them as socks. Two of us were physically sick because of the smell.’
Max was
quick to confirm the tale – being one of the two to lose his lunch due to the
stench.
‘I was
sick when he threw one of the flannels past me one day. It went past me
and went like bleurgh.’
The
Wanted announced this week that their hotly anticipated third album, Word Of Mouth,
will be released on November 4.
