The 20-year-old Chasing The Sun heartthrob shares a manager with the Biebs and has urged fans to remember the 19-year-old’s talents.
‘Gotta take a moment to say, people talk about @justinbieber’s personal life so much they forget how talented he actually is,’ the British singer told fans on Twitter.
Stressing the honesty in his tweet, Nath added that he is ‘genuinely a fan’ of Bieber.
Earlier this week it was revealed that Sykes and his bandmate Max George were the only members of the Wanted to be snapped up by Scooter Braun for solo deals following the announcement that the band will go on hiatus after their upcoming tour.
And it would seem Sykes is wasting no time in writing fresh tunes away from his bandmates.
‘I’ve literally just written the best song I’ve ever written in my entire life and I’m recording it. It feels so special,’ he told his 1.6million followers on Twitter earlier last week.
Bieber has been making headlines since the beginning of January for increasingly erratic and debauched behaviour including alleged vandalism, drug use, drink driving and drag racing.
