We’re always late now that Nathan Sykes is back in the band but we’re happy to have him

Max George revealed that while it’s good to have Nathan Sykes back in the band they now have to get used to always being late again as the youngster is ‘not a morning person.’

The 24-year-old told Guilty Pleasures: ‘It’s lovely having him back but we’re always late now. Today we were 45 minutes late because he takes the longest to get ready.

‘He’s definitely not a morning person.’

George may have the reputation for being the ‘most successful’ with the ladies but he insists that bandmates Sykes, 20, and Jay McGuiness, 22, are the ‘dark horses’ of the group.

‘I may have looked like the lucky one in the first episode (of The Wanted Life which premiered on E! last night) but Jay and even Nathan are the dark horses you have to look out for,’ he warned.

Meanwhile Tom Parker revealed that he still hasn’t retrieved the ‘career-ending’ photos of him and his bandmates that he left on his laptop at Heathrow Airport last week.

The 24-year-old said: ‘I just haven’t had time, I know they definitely have it but I need to bring ID and Heathrow is so far away.

‘We’re flying to Germany on Wednesday though so hopefully I should be able to get it back then.’

Catch The Wanted Life on E! Mondays at 9pm.
