The Wanted's Siva Kaneswaran has insisted that things are back to being 'civil' between them and One Direction, after some heated words between the two boy bands.
Siva reveals that TW ran into One Direction whilst recording in the US recently and despite previous twitter battles and public insults the boybander insists things are fine:
"We have bumped into them over there. Funnily enough they were in the studio next to us rehearsing," Siva tells OK!
"It was a long time ago now and that was the last time we saw them. But it was civil!" he added.
Despite the friendly terms Siva says fans shouldn't expect a collaboration between the two Brit bands anytime soon! "They’ve got a different sound and a different image and we’re on a different path to them. But it’s one of those things, I mean look at Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block!"

Giving us all a bit of hope, the singer does say that things could change as the bands mature: "You never know, as you get older. But right now I don’t think that’s going to be possible," he added.
Whilst TW may have patched things up with One Direction, a string of celebs have lined up to slam the boyband recently with Lost star Matthew Fox joining the likes of Boy George and Jake Bugg in crticising Harry Styles and co.
