Tom
Parker is often seen as the ‘hard one’ from The Wanted.
Maybe
down to his rugged looks, strong Bolton accent or constant arguments with
different members of One Direction.
But
today he showed his softer side, declaring his love for the fans, especially
those in the UK.
The
Wanted boys, minus the recovering Nathan, are currently touring Japan promoting
their massive UK and US hit single ‘Glad You Came’, and it seems the promotion
is doing the trick.
Tom
tweeted this afternoon: “Glad You Came is Number 1 on the Billboard charts
in Japan! And our first album in Japan is top 5 at the moment. Wow, thank you!!
X”
He
followed this with his outburst of love for his home fans: “Just
got to say though, all this wouldn’t be possible without our UK fans giving us
such an amazing start to our careers…
Can’t
thank you enough and we haven’t forgot you. Can’t wait to get back on tour
again this year x”
He made
sure he didn’t leave the rest of the fans out though: “Obviously all the
fans are amazing and we can’t thank you enough for all your support in every
country! Really means the world to us x”
Aww we
love you too Tom! Just make sure you and the boys get back to the UK soon!
