The boys look melancholy as they stand in the rain singing (Vevo)
The Wanted have unveiled the music video for their new single 'Show Me Love (America)' which is shot entirely in black and white and features a full orchestra.
In the video the British boy band, consisting of Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Nathan Sykes, Tom Parker and Jay McGuiness, can be seen suited up whilst singing to an empty theatre backed by an orchestra for dramatic effect.

The scenes are interwoven with the story of a couple who are going through a tough time showing a distraught woman walking through the street and a broken man on his knees clutching a necklace that belonged to her.
The five piece then vacate the theatre to stand outside in a dark and rainy alley way where they sing whilst being drenched by the weather and the fighting couple are shown in flashbacks of happier times, however the out come of their fight does not actually get resolved.

Director Frank Boring was clearly going for an emotional and classy video but it seems more like a Westlife video than one for The Wanted.
'Show Me Love (America)' is due for release on October 27 and will be followed by the band's third studio album 'Word Of Mouth' is on November 4.
